All items have been photographed and given accurate descriptions of their condition. Therefore, I do not accept returns or give refunds unless the model has been damaged in transit. Models will be packed carefully to ensure no damage is caused during transit, however, should damage occur, the customer is responsible for providing proof and visible evidence that the model and packaging has been damaged during transit.

OF models may have common factory flaws, including seams, overspray, etc. These are not mentioned in the descriptions of OF models as they are a given. ***By purchasing an OF model, you are accepting that there are certain flaws that are a part of the mass production of toys.*** The flaws that are mentioned in the ads are damage caused by handling, wear and tear, or beyond normal factory flaws.

Excellent - no flaw beyond normal factory flaws

Very Good - may have one minor rub or pinpoint mark

Good - has more than one fixable flaw (like hoof or ear tip rubs), but no glaring flaws

Performance/shelf - has flaws that are acceptable in performance classes, or as a shelf model

Body - damaged models, or missing pieces
